What does Klean Profit AI do?
Klean Profit AI shows businesses that buy, sell and stock products their real profit per SKU. It aggregates order revenue, purchase costs, courier fees, returns and GST for each SKU, then separates trusted profit from rows with incomplete data.
How is profit per SKU calculated?
We add up your order revenue, purchase costs, courier fees, returns and GST for each SKU. Rows where the underlying data is complete are marked trusted; rows with gaps are flagged for your review so the numbers you act on are reliable.
How does Klean Profit AI handle GST?
A built-in GST engine applies CGST+SGST for intra-state transactions, IGST for inter-state, and reverse-charge where applicable. Your home state code determines the routing automatically, so there is no manual override to configure.
Which platforms and connectors are supported?
Klean Profit AI connects to OpenCart (orders, products, stock), Zoho Books/Inventory (purchase orders, products) and Google Merchant (price listings). You can also import orders, products, purchase costs and stock by CSV, or enter data manually. Business and Premium plans include all API connectors.
How does the data quality engine work?
The data quality engine runs 15+ automated checks, including missing HSN codes, GST mismatches, unmapped SKUs, zero-cost orders and duplicate source records. Issues are grouped in an action center with severity tags and a quick-fix path.
How does revenue forecasting work?
With 3–12 months of sales history, Klean Profit AI projects your next 3 months using a trend model that adapts to your growth rate. With more than 12 months of data, it also factors in seasonal patterns across a full financial year.
Is my data isolated from other organisations?
Yes. Your data is completely separate from other customers at the database level. No other account can read or access your products, orders or costs. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and sessions use httpOnly cookies over HTTPS.
Do you use my business data to train AI models?
No. Klean Profit AI does not use your business data to train AI models or for any purpose beyond operating the Service. You retain full ownership of all business data you import or sync, and it is removed within 90 days of account deletion.
Can multiple users share one organisation?
Yes. The Business plan supports up to 5 users per organisation and the Premium plan allows unlimited users. Admins add and manage team members from the Team page.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
Yes. New organisations start on a free trial with no credit card required. You can import your data and see trusted SKU-level profit from day one, then upgrade when you need connectors, more users or forecasting.
